Monday, June 9th – Thursday, June 12th
Description: Lacrosse camp will assist junior campers with improving their stick skills, shooting, dodging, defensive play, team concepts, and overall lacrosse IQ. Combined with our unique training concentrations, our camp will allow athletes to get a well-rounded lacrosse camp experience.
When: Monday June 9 – Thursday June 12, 8:00am to 11:00am
Who: Boys, Rising 4th through 8th Graders
Camp Includes: Camp Pennie
Cost: $150
What to bring: Players should bring all protective equipment. (Helmet, gloves, elbow guards, shoulder pads and mouthpiece) Also, players should pack a pair sneakers in case weather moves the camp indoors. Water will be provided but campers should bring a water bottle and snacks as described below if desired. Shade and indoor air conditioning will be taken advantage of during breaks as needed.
Camp Trainer: We have a full-time, certified athletic trainer who will be on site throughout the entirety of camp. If you have any medical concerns regarding your child, please convey this to the coach and trainer at check-in. Water will be provided daily; however, it is highly encouraged that the athlete brings a water bottle as hydration cannot be emphasized enough due to the hot and humid camp conditions. It is particularly important post-workout.
We will be speaking with the athletes at the beginning of camp, but the following are some tips for pre-camp meals:
Do’s: toast, bagel, English muffin, granola bars, fruit
Don’ts: milk, cheese, yogurt, eggs, doughnuts, greasy foods
Check-in: Check-in will take place at the entrance to Clay Stadium on Monday at 7:45am
Pick- up: Pick up will take place at the entrance to Clay Stadium at 11:00am
Monday, July 21st – Thursday, July 24th
Description: Track and Field camp will assist junior campers with improving their movement, speed, balance, concentration, power, and developing event-specific skills. This camp will emphasize on speed mechanics. The event emphasis will be – 100 / 200 / 400 / sprint relays / long jump / triple jump / high jump. This camp will not provide instruction on shot put / discus / pole vault.
When: Monday July 21 – Thursday July 24, 8:00am to 11:00am
Who: Males and Females, Rising 5rd through 9th Graders
Camp Includes: Camp T-Shirt
Cost: $150
What to bring: Come dressed in athletic gear and running shoes. Campers will also need to bring a water bottle.

Monday, June 9th – Friday, June 13th
Description: Wrestling camp will assist all wrestlers with improving their movement, speed, balance, as well as the development of wrestling-specific skills. Combined with agility training, foot speed work and the study of video; grapplers of all ages will see improvements in their techniques
When: Monday June 9– Friday June 13, 1:00pm to 3:30pm
Who: Rising 7th graders – 12th graders, boys only
Camp Includes: Camp T- Shirt
Cost: $175
What to bring: Wrestling shoes, Shorts and T-Shirt. If you do not have wrestling shoes, athletic shoes will work.
