Description: Strength, condition, and water skills to make you stronger in the water. Athletes will lift and dynamic stretch twice a week, swim twice a week, and four days a week will be in the water improving mobility, treading, and fundamental water polo skills. While this camp will improve your freestyle swimming, it will be water polo focused to prepare for the fall season.

Cost: $150.00
What to bring: swimsuit, goggles, refillable water bottle, sunscreen. Attendees need to have shoes (preferably flip flops) when walking outside the pool enclosure.
Camp Trainer: We have a full-time, certified athletic trainer who will be on site throughout the entirety of camp. If you have any medical concerns regarding your child, please convey this to the coach and trainer at check-in.
