Description: Track and Field camp will assist junior campers with improving their movement, speed, balance, concentration, power, and developing event-specific skills. This camp will emphasize on speed mechanics. The event emphasis will be – 100 / 200 / 400 / sprint relays / long jump / triple jump / high jump. This camp will not provide instruction on shot put / discus / pole vault.

When: Monday July 22 – Thursday July 25, 8:00am to 11:00am

Who: Males and Females, Rising 5^rd through 9^th Graders

Cost: $150

What to bring: Come dressed in athletic gear and running shoes. Campers will also need to bring a water bottle.

Camp Trainer: We have a full-time, certified athletic trainer who will be on site throughout the entirety of camp. If you have any medical concerns regarding your child, please convey this to the coach and trainer at check-in.

Check-in will take place at the entrance to Clay Stadium on Monday at 7:45am

Pick-up will take place at the entrance to Clay Stadium at 11:00am
